It is our goal to give our clients undivided attention for the time allotted for an appointment. If however, a client arrives more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, our services will be shortened accordingly with no fee adjustment. Our " no show, no call" policy defers an additional fee of $25 to the client charged upon his or her next visit.
